A journal of discovery
Now
I’m building systems—and paying attention to what they teach me.
Building Lucimark
At Lucimark, I build infrastructure for companies that operate networks of digital screens. That work brings engineering, product, customers and operations into the same field of view.
Investigating organizational continuity
Alongside that work, I’m developing OrgOS: an investigation into organizational state, coordination and human authority.
The question I’m following is how people, tools and AI agents can work together with continuity and accountability. What needs to persist between conversations, decisions and actions? Where should a system act autonomously, and where should a person exercise judgment?
Writing to understand
Opus Naturalis records the path from a question to what experience allows me to understand. I write about software, product, organizations and decisions, including ideas that remain unresolved.
I want this space to hold both careful reasoning and the joy of discovery: attention to the world, gratitude for what it teaches us, and care for what we bring into it.
