I’m Paulo R., a software engineer and the founder of Lucimark.

My background spans enterprise systems, architecture, integrations and building products. Today, that work also leads me to investigate how people, tools and AI agents can work together with continuity and accountability.

At Lucimark, I build infrastructure for companies that operate networks of digital screens. Alongside it, I’m developing OrgOS: an investigation into organizational state, coordination and the boundaries between system autonomy and human authority.

Why Opus Naturalis

Opus Naturalis is where I record what I discover while building.

I write about software, product, organizations and decisions — including hypotheses that fail, problems that change shape and ideas I still don’t know how to resolve. I want to preserve the path between a question and what experience allows me to understand.
